A Reference Framework for Abnormal ChildrenXiamen University, China The psychological development of such handicapped children as the blind, the deaf and the dumb is often accompanied by frustration, demonstrated by unhappiness, depression, a sense of inferiority and low levels of aspiration. This project was an investigation of how to minimize these frustrations.
