Consumer Expectations of Psychological Service Delivery in an English Local Education Authority

This paper describes the use of a school expectation questionnaire as part of a psychological service reorganization. It examines the differences between the schools' expectations of psychologists and their priorities for psychological service delivery. The results are compared with previous studies and consideration given to any changes noted over the last decade.
